For example on quality one, being worthy (Araham), concentrate on the reasons; he removed the defilements totally, he cut the off from the path, he broke the spokes of the wheel of dependent-origination, his virtue, concentration and wisdom are unsurpassed, and he does no evil.



Then visualize the Buddha, quite really.
