Every Direction

On Page One Hundred and Five, Sayadaw gives further instruction, suggesting to expand each category with the power of the third Jhana to include the whole monastery, village, state, country, world, galaxy and infinite universe.  Following that, one should extend lovingkindness of each category into each of the ten directions infinitely.
