Just About Everything

http://art.ngfiles.com/images/99/kembry_everything-by-everyone.jpgon Page Forty, factors four through seven include right action, right livelihood, right effort and right mindfulness.  Of note is a reference to right effort as preventing unarisen unwholesome states, remove unwholesome states already arisen, arouse wholesome states and increase wholesome states already arisen.  Also Sayadaw reminds us that this effort requires an application of the entire path.

Also, right mindfulness is of the body, feelings, consciousness and dhammas, the last two often cited as mind and mental objects.  The dhammas here are the fifty-one mental factors excluding feeling, the five aggregates of clinging, the twelve internal and external sense bases, the eighteen elements, the seven factors of enlightenment, the four noble truths, and more.  Just about everything.

He adds at the bottom of the page the four types of mindfulness can be reduced to two, materiality and mentality.
